Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment, submitting a form, or indicating that you agree to these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms governing services provided by Recipe Box Chef ("Recipe Box Chef," "we," "us," or "the Chef").
1. Services
Recipe Box Chef provides private chef and catering services, including custom menu planning, ingredient sourcing, on-site cooking, plating, and cleanup, delivered at your home, venue, or event location.
2. Booking & Planning
We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance to allow adequate time for menu planning and ingredient sourcing. Larger events and peak dates should be booked earlier. Final menus, guest counts, and dietary needs should be confirmed ahead of your event date.
3. Dietary Needs & Allergies
You agree to disclose all relevant dietary restrictions, allergies, and food sensitivities in advance. While we take great care to accommodate these needs, Recipe Box Chef cannot guarantee an environment completely free of allergens.
4. Kitchen & Venue Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to a functional kitchen or cooking space with a stove, oven, and basic work area, along with any details about your venue setup that Chef Billy needs to plan and execute the meal.
5. Travel
Events within 75 miles of the Salt Lake Valley are covered at standard rates. For events beyond that distance, an additional travel fee will be applied based on distance and logistics and communicated to you in advance.
6. Payment & Cancellation
Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation details are provided at the time of booking. Please reach out as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can do our best to accommodate you.
7. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website, forms, or verbal consent, you consent to receive SMS messages from Recipe Box Chef, including quote responses, booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
