St. George has quietly become one of the most desirable places to live and visit in the entire country. The weather is incredible, the scenery is unmatched, and the community has grown into something genuinely special. But for a long time, truly elevated private dining was hard to come by down here. Chef Billy Day recognized that gap and made it his mission to bring a world-class chef-driven experience to southern Utah. Residents and visitors across Washington County now have access to fully customized private dining and catering that they no longer have to drive to Salt Lake City to find.

Formal training in both culinary arts and hospitality means the execution is always on point. Please note that travel beyond 75 miles from our base may include an additional travel fee.
